After serving 19 years in the British Armed Forces, including undertaking consultancy roles overseas, I developed a disciplined, structured approach to planning, problem-solving and delivering successful outcomes.

Building on that foundation, I have spent more than 20 years in the property renovation industry, working both on the tools and managing renovation projects. This practical experience has given me a thorough understanding of construction methods, project planning and, importantly, the real costs involved in improving a property.

I established Davies Property Advisory Services to give homeowners access to independent, practical advice before they commit to significant investment in their property.  Whether you're planning a renovation, extension or significant home improvement, my role is to help you understand your options, avoid costly mistakes and make informed decisions with confidence.
